Meet the Team

Departmental Director

Mrs. Phouangmala Kongsengphengphet

Mrs. Phouangmala Kongsengphengphet holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from Asia-Pacific International University (formerly Mission College, Thailand) and a Master’s degree in TESOL from Avondale College (Australia).

Before joining SEUM, she served as a teacher, academic head, and school director at Gold English Institute in Vientiane (2006-2020). She also held roles as Honorary Education Superintendent (2011-2020) and Family Ministries Director (2015-2020) for the Laos Adventist Mission. In 2021, she became the Education, Family, and Women’s Ministries Director at the Laos Adventist Mission. In 2022, Mrs. Phouangmala was appointed as the Family and Women’s Ministries Director for the Southeastern Asia Union Mission.

With her extensive experience in leadership, education, and ministry, she has played a key role in advancing family and women’s ministries in the SEUM territory.

Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Niranat Thadchai

Niranat Thadchai has been serving as the Administrative Assistant to Pastor Tran Quoc Khoi and Mrs. Phouangmala Kongsengphengphet at the Southeastern Asia Union Mission (SEUM) since October 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Asia-Pacific International University (formerly Mission College), a Master’s degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession from St. John’s University.

Family Ministries

Family Ministries supports individuals in relationships, providing tools for couples, parents, children, and single adults. It seeks to strengthen, inspire hope, and bring healing through the love and grace of Jesus Christ, preparing families for the Kingdom of God.

Women’s Ministries

The Women’s Ministries Department empowers, upholds, encourages, challenges, equips, and nurtures women in their spiritual journey. It addresses the spiritual, emotional, physical, and social needs of women in the church, helping them discover and use their gifts to glorify God.
