Mrs. Agusta Pheng
Mrs. Agusta Baun Dian is the Director of the Ministerial Spouses Association at SEUM.
With 28 years of missionary experience in Cambodia, Agusta held several key roles, including Cashier and Office Secretary at the Cambodia Adventist Mission (1994-1998), Accountant at Cambodia Adventist School (1999-2004), and School Business Manager at the same institution (2005-2021). She joined SEUM in January 2022.
Her background in both ministry and administration equips her to provide invaluable support to the spouses of ministers within the SEUM community.

Administrative Assistant
Miss Natnicha Jawjong
Natnicha Jawjong has served as the Administrative Assistant to Pastor Lim and Mrs. Agusta at the Southeastern Asia Union Mission (SEUM) since 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Communication from Asia-Pacific International University. With strong organizational and communication skills, Natnicha manages administrative tasks, coordinates events, and facilitates both internal and external communications. Her expertise in writing, media coordination, and digital content creation plays a vital role in enhancing SEUM’s operational efficiency and outreach efforts.
Ministerial Spsouses Association
The Ministerial Spouses Association offers support and resources to pastors’ spouses, addressing their spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs. In cooperation with the Ministerial Association, it nurtures, strengthens, and equips pastors’ spouses and their children.
Events
Pastors’ Family Convention at the Thailand Adventist Mission (February 3, 2024)
The Thailand Adventist Mission (TAM) began the year 2024 with great celebration as 2 pastors were ordained into the ministry on February 3rd. Pastor Rudi Situmorang delivered the sermon, while Pastor Somchai Chuenjit charged the newly ordained pastors. Additionally, Mrs. Agusta Pheng provided the charge to the shepherdesses in attendance.
On February 2nd and 3rd, TAM hosted a series of seminars specifically for the pastors’ wives. Mrs. Phouangmala Kongsengphengphet presented “10 Tips That Make a Woman Glow,” offering insights and guidance to the shepherdesses. Furthermore, Dr. Arlyn Gabin, the Assistant Director of the SSD NDR-IEL, delivered two impactful presentations on Emotional Intelligence and Resolving Conflict and Restoring Relationships.
Women’s Leadership Training at the Western Thailand Region (March 2, 2024)
I had the privilege of participating in the Women’s Leadership Training at Maesot on March 2, 2024. Approximately 50-60 women gathered to engage in this empowering event. Mrs. Phouangmala Kongsengphengphet entrusted me with the responsibility of facilitating discussions on two crucial topics: the Principles of Effective Leadership and Women’s Needs Assessment in the Local Church. The training session provided a valuable platform for women to enhance their leadership skills, exchange insights, and collaborate on strategies to address the unique needs and challenges faced by women in the context of the local church. This initiative highlights the commitment of the Western Thailand Region to empower and equip women leaders within the community for greater impact and service.
Hmong Family Camp at the Thailand Adventist Mission’s Northern Zone 1 (March 25-28, 2024)
Mrs. Agusta, SEUM MSA coordinator participated in the Hmong Family Camp in Nan Province from March 25-28. She presented on “The Five Love Languages of Children and Teenagers” to approximately 400 attendees, including children. This event aimed to strengthen family bonds and provide insights on nurturing younger generations within the Hmong community. The presentation focused on understanding and meeting the emotional needs of children and teenagers through the five love languages, fostering better communication and deeper connections within families.
