Meet the Team

Departmental Director

Pastor Lim Pheng

Lim Teng Pheng is the Ministerial Association Secretary at SEUM, focusing on Global Mission church planting, awareness, Center for Adventist-Buddhist Relations, Gospel Outreach, and Mission Refocus. He previously served as a missionary in Cambodia for 28 years, including 11 years as the Cambodia Adventist Mission’s Executive Secretary and 6 years as its President. He joined SEUM in January 2022.

Lim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Columbia Union College (USA) and a Master of Ministry from Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (Philippines).

With decades of experience in mission work and leadership, Lim has been instrumental in strengthening the ministry and mission efforts within the SEUM territory.

Administrative Assistant

Ms. Natnicha Jawjone

Natnicha Jawjong has served as the Administrative Assistant to Pastor Lim and Mrs. Agusta at the Southeastern Asia Union Mission (SEUM) since 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Communication from Asia-Pacific International University. With strong organizational and communication skills, Natnicha manages administrative tasks, coordinates events, and facilitates both internal and external communications. Her expertise in writing, media coordination, and digital content creation plays a vital role in enhancing SEUM’s operational efficiency and outreach efforts.

Ministerial Association

The Ministerial Association of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is dedicated to empowering pastors, their families, and local church leaders in proclaiming the everlasting gospel. Through spiritual growth, preaching, personal and leadership development, and church growth initiatives, the association provides training and support to pastors, elders, deacons, deaconesses, and ministerial secretaries. By strengthening and equipping church leadership, the association plays a vital role in preparing individuals and communities for Christ’s soon return.

As part of Adventist Mission, Global Mission targets the most unreached people groups worldwide, from the 10/40 Window to secular and postmodern societies. It sends pioneer frontline workers and supports innovative projects, establishing six study centers globally to build understanding between Adventists and other world religions and communities.

The Global Mission Center for Adventist-Buddhist Relations helps Seventh-day Adventist Christians understand the beliefs of Buddhists. It identifies commonalities and differences, promoting mutual understanding and respect.

Gospel Outreach

Gospel Outreach is dedicated to extending the international ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, especially in the 10/40 Window. Founded in the early 1990s, it raises funds to sponsor over 2,000 indigenous Bible workers in more than 50 countries.
